Middlesex, Esq., and George Augustus Crowder of Coleman Street in the City of London, Esq., present trustees of the settlement made before the marriage of 2 and Sir W.A. Montagu. |
Description | Recites: 1) Will (23rd May, 1850) and death (6th March, 1852) of Sir W.A. Montagu. 2) 2 has elected not to concur in appropriating the sum of £5,500, to which she became absolutely entitled under the marriage settlement, in the purchase of an annuity, and so, the total amount of legacies which will, under the will of Sir W.A. Montagu, become payable on 2's decease out of the sum of £10,000 comprised in the marriage settlement, will be £7,000. 3) Agreement between 1 and 2. Now 1 agrees to pay 2. for her life one annuity of £200, 2. agrees that her executors will, within 6 months of her decease, pay to 1. the sum of £3,000. 2 Declares that 3. shall, from her decease stand possessed of the sum of £5,500 and also the sum of £3,000, being such part of the £10,000 comprized in the marriage settlement as she is entitled to under the will of Sir W.A. Montagu, in trust to pay to 1 the sum of £3,000. |
