DescriptionRecites: 1) 1 and 2 are seized of divers lands etc. in counties Limerick, Tipperary and Armagh, in the Kingdom of Ireland, which are charged with the payment of the pricipal sum of £11,400 and interest, secured to be paid to 3 by an Indenture of 10th October, 1772. 2) The £11,400 is part of the separate fortune of Mary de Salis and 3 only acted as her trustees. 3) 1 And 2 have agreed to appoint 4. Receiver of the rents from these lands. Now 1 and 2 appoint, and 3, at the request of 1 and 2., confirm, 4 to be their Steward, Receiver and Attorney. It is agreed that 4, will use the rents etc. from these lands i) to pay the interest on the principal sum of £11,400 to 3 ii) To pay himself a salary. iii) To pay a half of the remainder to such persons as Mary de Salis during the joint lives of 1 shall direct for her sole and separate use: and if Jerome de Salis shall outlive her, to pay this half part to him for the remainder of his life. iv) To pay the other half of the remainder to 2.
