Sends the last ½ year's Rental of the Estate and Mr. Robinson's Opinion upon the Title. Mrs Gassett has offered him the estate before, but although he held the other moiety, he considered her price too high. If Williams is going to sell it now, should be glad to know his lowest price and then will decide whether to be a purchaser or not.
