DescriptionRecites: 1. Will of James Pettit jnr. 1766 (Hinch 2/117) 2. Release of 20th May, 1768. 1) Emerson Mussared. 2) Robert Dyneley. Reciting that 1 declined to accept the trust reposed in him by recital 1 Now 1 to his co trustee, 2. all his estate and interest in the rents, lands etc, devised to him by the recited will. 3. Death of Mrs Mary Nunn, marriage of Lady Mary Henrietta Powlett to the then Lord Viscount Hinchingbrooke and her death in 1779, leaving her husband and their son 1., a minor, surviving her. 4. 2 Continued to receive the rents of the estates during the minority of 1., and 1., having recently attained the age of 21, is now seized of an estate in tail male in possession of virtue of the recited will. 5. 2 Has made out the Rentals and stated the Accounts of the receipts profits and produce of the estate from 1779 to the present, and the accumulated rents now due to 1 amount to £6, 442.5.3d. Now for £6,442.5.3d by 2 to 1 1 Discharges 2 of the balance of the account; ratifies the accounts; and releases 2 from all manner of actions suits, accounts claims, etc which 1 may have against 2 either as trustee under the recited will or as receive to the estate.
