| Title | Declaration of Trust. Recites: 1) Francis Cooke of the Pay Office, Broad Street, in the City of London, Esq., has paid to Robert Mackreth and Robert Burton, £500, to be applied by them, for the benefit of John, 4th Earl of Sandwich, towards the making up of the sum of £25,000 mentioned in the Lease, Release and Demise of 1st-2nd September, 1784 (see annexed deed on Hinch 2/51); 2) Robert Mackreth and Robert Burton are the surviving trustees named in those deeds and have applied the £500 as requested. |
