DescriptionRecites: 1) Lease and Release of 5th-6th November, 1798 (Hinch/2/30) 2) The death of Richard Watt. 3) Marriage settlement of 8th-9th July, 1804. (see Hinch/1/15) By this the land etc. in recital 1 was with other hereditaments, released to 4 upon certain trusts, but still subject to the charges affecting the same, and it was agreed that 4 be possessed of the surplus of monies to arise from any sale of estates in Ireland under the trusts declared in an Indenture of 6 parts of even date and upon trust to pay the surplus towards the discharge of the mortgages affecting the premises etc. of 2 in co. Huntingdon to be settled on 3's marriage (except for two mortgages of £5,800 and £3,000) It was also agreed that 4 stand possessed of the sums of £2,000 and £18,000 Irish Currency (the portion of Lady Corry), assigned to them by another Indenture of even date, in trust that after the marriage they should call the sums in and out of them levy the sum of £10,000 English Currency and apply this upon the same trusts as were declared for the residue of monies arising from the sale of the Irish estates. 4) 4 have not yet called in the sums of £2,000 and £18,000, but John King Irwin of the City of Dublin, esq., at the request of Somerset, Earl of Belmore, has advanced to 4, the sum of £10,000 English upon their having executed to him an assignment of 59 equal one hundredth parts or shares of the sums of £2,000 and £18,000; Now for £10,000 by 4 to 1. 1 releases to 4 (to hold to the uses and trusts declared in the Marriage Settlement of 8th-9th July, 1804). The same lands etc, as in the Lease and Release of 5th-6th November, 1798. (Hinch 2/30)
