DescriptionRecites: 1) 3 bonds of 1st December, 1797 1 bound in £12,400 to 2 2) 1 agreed to secure further the repayment of the principal sums by a mortgage. Now 1 releases to 2 The lands in the p. of Eynesbury comprized in the Lease and Release of 1st-2nd November, 1797 (Hinch/2/18-19) together with all the pieces of land which are or shall be awarded to 1 in lieu of any of the above lands in pursuance of the Inclosure Act for the p. of Eynesbury of 37 George III.
