DescriptionRecites: 1) Hinch 2/1 2) That £2,000 of the £8,000 lent to Sandwich by Gideon was the money of John Rayner of Skinners Hall, London, gent. Now Gideon declares that the £2,000 was the money of Rayner and Gideon's name was only made use of in Hinch 2/1 as to the £2,000. Endorsed: Acknowledgement of Receipt. 12th March 1755 Rayner of Gideon. The sum of £2,000 in full and all the interest due.
