DescriptionWithin the limits of that County which by reason of the defects of the Proprietors of the Navigation has become unfit for Navigation for more than the last three years thus also to cause the lands adjoining the River to suffer injury by water from the overflow of the River and that the Proprietors of the Navigation take no steps to effect the repairs necessary to keep the Navigation in good order and prevent further injury".
