John Buckley (60), Humphrey Hearn (17) and Humphrey Smith (40); being rogues and vagabonds by lodging under tents in the open air within the parish of Kimbolton.
Edward Garner (27); assaulting Christopher Garner of Houghton.
Mary Bailey (33); obtaining money from the overseers of Somersham under false pretenses.

For trial at the next Assizes:
Benjamin Smith and Thomas Loveridge on suspicion of house breaking
John Mackness and George Bowl, on suspicion of house breaking

Remaining on former orders:
Richard Vaughn, convicted 1821 for an assault and sentanced to 2 years
Mary Jarman , convicted 1822 for obtaining goods under false pretences and sentenced to 1 year.
