TitleIndictment: That William Austin and Thomas Storey, Yeomen, and John Cox, Edward Cox, William Cox and Thomas Cox, labourers, all of Hemingford Abbotts entered a certain close, the freehold of Robert Francis Jenner, which was in the tenure of Jeremiah Perkins, disseised Jenner, ejected Perkins and with other evil disposed persons cut down 21 ash trees and four oak trees (A true bill against William Austin; no bill against the others).
