Stephen Pumfrett, late of Godmanchester but now of Hull, Yorkshire, common brewer. 4. John Papworth of Huntingdon, painter. 1 and 3 to 4. Consideration: £200 paid by 4 to 1 and 3. 5 shillings apiece paid by 4 to 2, in consideration of mortgage dated 22 September 1840 between 3 and 2, since repaid. Properties. Parcel of ground in St Mary’s parish, Huntingdon, with the buildings thereon being part of the Old Gaol lately called the Female Debtors Yard, the Female Felons Yard or the Female Felons two rooms with the chamber over. Also three small adjoining buildings, in length 54 feet and in breadth 36 feet, which have been converted into 4 cottages and which were conveyed to John Pumfrett, deceased, 21 October 1829.
