George Palmer of Doughty Street, St Pancras, Middlesex, gentleman. 4. The Reverend Bence Bence of Beccles, Suffolk, clerk. Recites will (26 March 1779) of Lancelot Brown late of Hampton Court, Middlesex, esquire, deceased. Recites lease dated 21 May 1809 [4670/17]. This release dated 22 May 1809 completes the transfer of the properties recited in the lease to 3. Recites 3 further recoveries which May be suffered upon the properties. [See also 4670/17].
