George Wentworth Fitzwilliam; 3. The Great Northern Railway Co; 4. Joseph Ashby Partridge Esq., of Breakspear, Harefield, Bucks sole surviving devisee under the will of the late Carrier Tompson Esq. Tompson agrees to convey to Great Northern Railway Co. a piece of land in Fletton, Great Northern Railway Co. agree to convey to Partridge a piece of land in Fletton now or lately occupied by them. Fitzwilliam agrees to convey to The Great Northern Railway Co. a piece of land in Fletton now or lately occupied by George Scott. Endorsed with plan showing the various parcels of land.
