Trustees to enfranchise Davenport and Neilson at the request of Edward Tompson for £500. Messuage lately owned by John Henery, now by Wm. Odam, site of a cottage, messuage occupied by Edward Goodwin, cottage occupied by James Wood as undertanant to John Henery, Willow Holt; parcel including Old Gravel Pit; Parcel in cow pasture by river; Parcel in Fair Field; New Close Leys; All R.J.Tompson's property except the piece of land sold to the Eastern Counties Railway in 1845 . Also enclosed Letter from the Trustees dated 3rd Jun 1882 asking that purchase money be paid to their solicitors
