Also enclosed letter dated 7th Sep 1869 James Alfred Rhodes to Edward Tompson, certifying that reversionary funds were assigned to J.A. Rhodes by Executors of Robert James Tompson, that Rhodes was acting on Edward Tompson's behalf and that £3565 was paid by Rhodes as Edward Tompson's nominee
