Insurance policy for £300 with interest transferred by Gawen from Minton to Tompson as security for loan Minton repaid. Gawen covenants that he will repay the loan to Tompson and that he will pay the interest and premium during the fine of this security. Minton and Gawen covenant that they have the power to assign the policy to Tompson and Minton covenants that he has done nothing to encumber the policy. Howes and Pickering covenant to pay the interest and the premium if it lapses and they with Gawen covenant for his good conduct. Attached are notes for the repayment of Minton and an authorisation by him of the transfer of the securtities to Tompson.
