Partnership to be dissolved and this property to be taken as part of William Ekin's share. Messuage or tenement in Bridge Street, Cambridge, parish of St Clement, lately in occupation of Peter Fordham, saddler. AND part of messuage or tenement adj, formerly in occupation of Mary Baxter, widow. Contain in front next Bridge Street 24 feet and in depth next the messuage formerly in occupation of Mary Baxter 42 feet with frontage next 'The Blackamoors Head' yard. (Messuage pulled down by Bullock and Ekin and new messuage has been erected on the site.) AND newly erected messuage now in occupation of - Lawrence.
