Covenants:-Timber reserved. £40 per acre for ploughing up pasture without permission. Abatement of 10% on the rent of arable to be made when the London Gazette shows that average prices of wheat is below 28/- per load of 5 bushels. Additional 10% on rent of arable to be paid when price is 45/- per load. Tenant to do repairs, mend hedges, thatch and clay; usual allowances of beer for workmen doing repairs; carriage and repairs materials. Carriage of 10 chaldrons of coals per year to mansion house. Crop system: not more than 1/4 to be sown as wheat. Not more than 1/6 to be sown with barley. Not more than 1/8 to be sown with oats. Not more than 1/8 to be sown with beans, peas and tares.
