Market Deeping better than £400 p.a. but on lease from the Crown of which 40 years is to come. Design to sell still a secret and first offer and refusal made to (Heathcote). Curtis, who has the selling of them, will provide all assistance and information and Particulars re. them. Curtis reports a terrible hurricane with great damage. Hopes (Heathcote) has recovered from indisposition. Will do anything to help re. purchase or in any other way. |
