Title | Letter from George Robinson to T(aylor) White, Esq., (Heathcote's solicitor) re. queries on piece of land called Pierson's piece. |
Description | It is in Alconbury parish though uncertain whether it is freehold or copyhold. Mr. Mitchell (the steward) is so pleased with its convenience to the rest of the land on Mr. Heathcote's Upton estate that he would like it to be bought, at a sum not exceeding £1,300. As the Pulleyns have possessed it for 80 years, there seems no reason to doubt the title. |
