| Description | Recites: (i) Petition of the Downes of 2 Aug. 1851, for new trustees. (ii) Hearing of petition in court with accompanying affidavits. Now the Court orders the appointment of Fredk. Thompson and Fredk. Bagot as the new trustees of the settlement of 8 May, 1849 instead of the Heathcotes. And all lands, except those sold, in said settlement, to rest in them as trustees. And the £6,325 realised for the lands sold. Endorsed: Copy sent to Mr. J.M. Heathcote, October, 1851. |
