| Description | (1) The Rt. Hon. William Henry Viscount Downe. (2) John Moyer Heathcote, Conington Castle, Esq. and The Rev. Robt. Boothby Heathcote, Great Friday Hill, Essex, clerk. Recites (i) Marriage Articles of 21 July, 1843. (ii) Marriage Settlement of 8 May, 1849. (iii) (1) now being tenant for life under these settlements. (iv) (2) as trustees having executed conveyances for sale of lands agreed to be sold by (1). (v) Money so raised = £6,325 having been paid by (2), with consent of (1), to Messrs. Childs, bankers, of Fleet St., to (2) Trustees' Account. (vi) (1) wishes more land to be sold under said trust. (vii) to persuade (2) to this (1) agreed to release and indemnify (2) as hereinafter mentioned. Now (1) to (2). Of all claims under said trust. Attached: Schedule of lands to which this Indenture refers. Enclosed: A. Receipt 31 Oct. 1851 from Fredk. Thompson as new trustees of the settlement appointed by Chancery, 7 Aug. 1851, to (4). B. Orders from (4) to Childs and Co., bankers, to pay £76.18.11d. to Thos. Parker. |
