Description(1) with consent of James Fairclough, London, Dr. of Physick, who holds a mortgage of Manor and lands of Upton, to (2). To receive rents from tenants of Upton Manor and to pay interest = £78 to said James Fairclough. If mortgage not paid back to F. by 29 Dec. 1689 then F. to have tenants and rents. (2) to deliver possession to F. if necessary.
