Joan being of full age is admitted. Agnes the other dau. being 5 years old and therefore under age the bailiff is to retain her half for the lord during her minority. Thurs. of St. Thomas the Apostle (Dec.) 1452 said Agnes petitions to be admitted to the other half of Massingescroft and Lokwarynesland. This appears to be unfinished. (with J.M.
