DescriptionMon. of St. Thomas Apostle (Dec.) 1444 Joan Colman dau. of Lucy, who was the wife of Thomas Hamond and late the wife of John Colman, Lucy having died since the last court, to half of 1 tenement and 1 croft with apps. called Massingescroft; 3a. land called Lukwarynesland, 1 croft of land late Henry Brewer's containing 4a. land and 6a. waste formerly Reginald Pyrles and later Thomas Pyrles father of said Lucy. Joan being of full age is admitted. Agnes the other dau. being 5 years old and therefore under age the bailiff is to retain her half for the lord during her minority. Thurs. of St. Thomas the Apostle (Dec.) 1452 said Agnes petitions to be admitted to the other half of Massingescroft and Lokwarynesland. This appears to be unfinished. (with J.M.
