DescriptionJohn Grant on death of Margery Smith, late wife of Robert, since the last court, and death several years ago of Eliza Graunt, and as lawful heir of Eliza Graunt, to parcel of waste lying in the street called Stonewell - Streete, 8' wide and 8 rodes long abutting on Simon Graunt's orchard on the north, on the pond called The Wayer on the south and on Shortcroft on the west, on which parcel a building was lately erected. Surrender of said land by John Graunt to use of William Smyth and Marie, his wife and their heirs for ever and admission of said Wm. and Mary. Court of Robert Comer warrantor of the manor before Peter Phesant, Esq., Steward.
