DescriptionJudgement of the Court that Richard Pulter holds ½ of one tenement and 1 croft of copyhold land with apps. called Messyngscrofte and 3½a called Lukwarens land and 1 croft of land late Henry Dremer's containing 3a. and 6a. waste within the Manor. legally, by copy court roll, but has nothing to show his right on admission to the other half, which he is held for a long time, against the custom of the manor, which half with all outgoings is worth 20/- a year besides the rents. The bailiff is to seize the said half.
