Description1. Richard Tryce, Great S., Esq., and Anne, his wife. 2. Robert Maryott, Great S., yoman. Recites: 1) 1.& 2. lately holding together as tenants in common messuage with apps. and a little close called the Home Close adjoining said messuage (3as.) in Great S., now or late in tenure of 2. Close next the Churchyard in Great S., called Hawle Close (4½as)., lands in Great and Little S (6½as.½r) lately in tenure of 2. Moiety of which premise 1. lately purchased of Wm. Pawlett, Kt., Lord St. John and Agnes, his wife, sole dau. and heir of Lady Dorothy Haward, decd., one of the daus. and co-heirs of John Broughton Esq., also decd. And the other moiety 2. purchased of Sir John Russell, Strensham, Worcs. Kt., cousin and one of the co-heirs of Sir Roger Cholmeley, Kt., decd., by the name of John Russell, Esq. 2) Deed of Partition made between 1. and 2. and William Maryott, yeoman Great S., on 1 Sep. last. Now that deed of partition is confirmed. Deeds of further assurance for either party to be effected within 2 years. 1. to pay 20 pence yearly rent to the Chief Lord of the fee. 2. to pay 2/10¾d.
