| Description | (1) Mr. Robert Ryder, on the part of Robt. Wilmot, Osmaston, Derbys., Esq. (2) Mr. John Southgate, on the part of Sir John Heathcote, Bart. (1) agrees that Mr. Wilmot shall grant to Sir John Heathcote a clear rent charge of £250 p.a. over and above all taxes, issuing out of land rents of £450 p.a. above all taxes for the price of £7,700. (2) agrees that if estate proposed to be charged as a security for said rentcharge shall upon inspection be found to be of clear yearly rent of £450 Sir John H. shall pay Mr. Wilmot £7,700 and all charges except fines and recoveries, if any are necessary, money to be paid as soon as estate and title appears satisfactory.
