Description | (1) Sarah Potter, Stretton, Beds., widow and relict of Joseph Potter, decd., late servant to Sir John Cotton, Conington, Bart., decd. (2) Thomas Hart and Jane his wife; Thomas Bowdler and his wife; Frances Cotton; and Mary Cotton. Recites: (1) Sir John Cotton by his will of 18 April, 1750 leaving to Joseph Potter £20 p.a. for life and to (1) after his decease. (ii) Death of said Joseph Potter in lifetime of Sir John C. (iii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £400 for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuity and all claims on account thereof. |
