Recites: Indenture of 8 Oct. 1623 in which (1) made a lease to Sir Thomas Cotton, and others of lands in Steeple G. on trust for the payment of £70 p.a. after death of (1) to Mary his wife for life. Now (1) to (2) His real estate in Gidding Abbotts and else where on trust after death of (1) for the following uses. To the payment of one annuity if £30 to Mary wife of (1) for life. If (1) dies intestate (2) shall employ the residue of the estate to the use of John C. Esq., son of (1) provided that he pays the said annuity. |
