Description(1) Francis Cotton, one of the daus. of Thomas Cotton, late of Conington, Esq., decd. (2) Sir Robert Cotton, Conington, Kt., eldest bro. of (1). (1) To (2) All claims under will of father, Thomas Cotton, decd., or any other act of his or any indentures by which (2) granted to (1) annuity of £20 after death of father, Thomas C. But not to include Bond from (2) to (1) of 10 July, 1595 in £800 for payment of £400 to (1) on 3 Feb. 1607.
