Description	Abstract of accounts for year's end detailing the receipts and expenditure for the year. Yearly receipts are divided into annuity from Great Eastern Railway, rates, tolls, university and corporation quotas and certain sales. The yearly expenditure is divided into materials, freight, paving, drainage, watering the streets, scavengers works, plant and implements, casual work, lighting and fittings, repairs, printing, rent and rates, property and income tax, interest on debentures, bankers commission and interest, salaries, legal expenses and miscellaneous.
