TitleAgreement made between Francis Thoday and Herbert Searle Thoday, Builders, both of Hills Road, Cambridge and the Corporation of Cambridge. The Vendors shall sell and the purchasers shall purchase for the sum of £1,900 all that piece of land abutting upon the Haling way next the River Cam and situate in the Parish of St Andrew the Less, Cambridge, having a frontage next the Haling way of three hundred and thirty seven feet forty inches and a depth on the South side of five hundred and fifty two feet six inches, and containing in area inclusive of the site of the cottages and outbuildings, three acres three roods nineteen inches and nine yards and is bounded on the North or Northeast by other property of the Vendors and on the South by property of Cambridge University & Town Gas Light Company on the West by the Haling way and on the East in part by other property of the Vendors and in remaining part by Cheddars Lane
