DescriptionThe bill contains clauses on deposit of maps, powers and duties of justices extended, parish burgess lists, numbers and elections of councillors, division and constitution of wards, byelaws, Corporation property, liquidation of debts of the Urban and Rural Councils, rates and adjustments, mortgage debts, audits of accounts, powers under the Public Health acts, transfer of elementary schools to the Corporation, alterations to education byelaws, County police, alterations to parishes, adoptive acts and byelaws of Rural Council made applicable to extended parish, settlement and removal of the poor, borrowing and saving rights.
