DescriptionBy Hardy Wells, of London. Plan of Hermitage Sluice, showing the location of Samuel Brown and Richard Hawker's proposed new bridges and detailing the owners of the surrounding land. Also contains an inset plan entitled "A Plan of Part of the River Ouse with Houses and Lands Adjoining". Scale 2½' to 1 chain, but the inset plan is at 1" to 6 chains. Hand-drawn on linen-backed paper.
