Title"A Bill for Establishing a Fund for Payment of the Bonds of the Governor, Bailiffs, and Commonalty, of the Company of Conservators of the Great Level of the Fens, commonly called Bedford Level; and for Exchanging the present Bonds of the said Corporation for other Bonds, payable out of the Revenues of the Middle and South Levels, Part of the said Great Level; and for enabling the said Corporation to borrow further Sums, for the Use of the said Great Level"
