DescriptionSchedule "1", containing the original assessment of Adventurers' lands for taxation. Edward Partheriche, Samuel Fortrey, Richard Marryott, John Mingay, Anthony Hammond, Mark Le Pla and John Bridgeman sub-divided the 83,000 acres vested in the Bedford Level Corporation into eleven different "qualities" of lands, which were to receive different rates of taxation. This schedule was set up in the Fen Office on 10 October 1668, as a notice against which landowners could appeal.
