Title	Petition of the Inhabitants and Landowners of Ramsey
Description	The petitioners have embanked Stocking Fen, the Bill, Longbeach, Lode End, Mere Side and Bradalls at their own expense, and erected mills to drain them. They represent that several others have benefitted from their works, but refuse to pay anything towards the cost of maintaining them. They ask for permission to repair their banks and mills, and for all those who receive benefit from them to be obliged to pay for them. Forty signatories.
