TitlePetition of the Inhabitants of Ramsey
DescriptionThe petitioners report that a fire on 21 May destroyed more than 80 houses in Ramsey and caused almost £20,000 of damage. They ask for the River Nene to be scoured and made navigable, so that building materials can be brought in to repair and rebuild the town. Twenty nine signatories.
