DescriptionPetition for the cart bridge over the Twenty Four Foot Drain to be repaired. He represents that he has erected a mill to drain his lands on the west bank of the Twenty Four Foot Drain, and asks for permission to lay a tunnel under the Twenty Four Foot Drain to carry the waters from the east side of his lands to the mill. He promises to remove it if it should cause harm. One signatory.
