DescriptionThe memorialists report that the internal drains and rivers are insufficient to drain the Middle Level. They ask for the outfall of the River Ouse to be enlarged, the banks of Tong's Drain to be repaired and Popham's Eau to be improved. One hundred and seventeen signatories.
