Description | Joseph Kay, Southampton, to George Thornhill Esq. M.P. Mr. Peck continued his offer for Charlotte St. frontage + £72 to pay for sewer and vaults. Mr. Hooker and his friends declined George Thornhill's offer for same area, though not unreasonable offer. Another offer made for same area which not so favourable. Mr. and Mrs. Rendall established in Southampton in a very desirable manner. |
