If son dies with no heir, then all property to go to Mark Moon son of late son John. £50 to each of his sister Mary's children. £100 to each of children of his son John Moon dec'd i.e. Sarah, Mark and Frances Executors: John Bailey of St. Neots, Hunts, gent. Thomas Richardson Rayment of Potton, Beds. gent and Trustees while his son a minor.
