Assignations in instance causes (i.e. stages in cause) and promoted office involving matrimony, testaments (administration, legacy), defamation, tithe, recovery of costs. Occasionally full summary of proceedings (e.g. 36v). Also: correction (St. Ives, fo.4), suspicious living (8, 27, 28v, 29, 45v, 91), rash administration (102, 104-5) grants of administration (33), deposition (39v, 125) declarations of proxy (97) First date (fo.5) is 20 September 1583 at All Saints Huntingdon. The judge is official and commissary. Court also sits at St. Ives. fo. 71-72: parchment binding strip with extract from a will and note of fees paid. fo. 78v, 82v, 87v : notes of fees received by an officer of the court. This is a draft book for which the formal record is in 'Act Book II' fos. 113-196v.
