Description | Manor of Mold with messuages in townships of Brycoes and Gwernafield, a water mill called Rhydgoly mill, lands in Ddoleshene Ddu, a parcel of unenclosed land in Mont Alto or Bayley Mill, Mold, with toll of markets and fairs in Mold, messuages in Bistree and Argoes, closes in Nercwys and Leeswood in holding of Robert Hyde esquire, Erw Owen Close in Leeswood and parcels of land in Gwsaney with other parcels of land and freestone quarry of lands in Hendrebiffa, a messuage on Gwernafield, cottages in Trythin Vawr and Trythin Vechan, cottages, closes and land in Arthinwent and several chief burgage rents totalling £17 5s 6d all of which townships in the parish of Mold, with one third part of mines of lead and coals, liberties of foldage, etc. Anthony Langley Swymmer of Mold, esquire, to Thomas Owen and David Lloyd of Mold, gentelmen, tenants to the precipe, for recovery by John Holford of Flint, gentleman, recoverer to hold to uses of donor. |
